A number of iPhone users have complained over the past
few days that the touchscreen on their devices has not
responded to work in the extreme cold, and Apple says it
is due to software bugs that will be remedied in the next
“We are aware of cases where the iPhone X screen is not temporarily responsive to touch after the phone is exposed to a very cold environment,” Apple said on its website. “After a few seconds, the screen will be fully responsive again,
“IOS devices work best at temperatures between 0 and 35 degrees Celsius,” Apple says.
